Re: ireland div 1 july 28th

I have a little respect for Longford as ex- Premier side and despite of their recent bad results still think that they might give a hard time to Dundalk tonight.
Dundalk will be without "Texas born and raised" - Jamie Duffy, their top goal scorer, and thier away performances aren't so convincing.
Also, they have another league game in Thursday and I guess draw could fit both sides.
0-0 is my call.

Waterford is in a good run, not loosing vs. two in form sides, Waterford and Limerick, and it's time to beat Kildare for first time this year and make escape from the bottom.
I saw that 4 players are injured for hosts, but reading the reports from last two games, and it seems like they're all long terms absent, so Waterford might be in the same line ups as in two last games.

Limerick ruined my combo at last Friday, but reports said that Wexford has parked the bus in front their own goal...
Fingakl is without three important players tonight and I think Limerick will continue with good results.
Before Wexford game they had 4 wins in a row, no goals allowed.
Limerick x2

Re: ireland div 1 july 28th

Monaghan United v Shelbourne

I'm amazed Monaghan are 7th place in division 1 with only 9 goals scored from 20 league starts this season. However the Mons are a reasonably solid outfit at home with a respectable 4w 3d 3l record.

Shelbourne will have been relieved to have beaten Kildare on Friday after a 6 game winless run. They're desperate to keep up with their promotion rivals but it could be a bit too much for the Dublin side tonight. The divisions top scorer, Flood is out, and a number of youth team players are likely to be in the squad to cover for the stretched resources.

Monaghan +0.5 at 2.10ish looks a reasonable bet tonight. Shelbourne lose a lot of firepower without Flood, aren't in particularly great form, and could be overstretched as a result of both league and friendly fixtures.
