Yeah - your bang on there Silke. Unfortunately i already placed my bet now so im just going to let it ride.

Reading up on it. Bloody scandalous. The refere apparantly watched Dempsey swing his arm and miss the guy ad just gave him a warning. Should've been it ended there but the MLS big wig twats felt the need for a 2 game suspension.

What makes this even worse is they have only decided to announce it a day or 2 before the game due to be played which i unfair on NE as they would've been building their plans around havng him.

Bit of news for the Chicago v Dallas game.

Mina and Ruiz will both be missing meaning thatleaves Cooper as the only recognised striker upfront and Dallas are going to have to bring in a reserve of some sort or change the formation.

Positive news and i will be on Chicago to pick up the home win now. Dallas seem to have the edge of Chicago in the head to heads but i will try my luck.

Out for the day so will post up my reasoning tomorow evening.

NE is 1-5-2 this season when Dempsey is out of the lineup

Says it all doesn't it.

NE are a relatively solid unit but they have so much reliance on Dempsey and Twellman that when one of them is missing they suffer really badly.

They are still hard to beat but Dempsey is such a huge part of the offensive chain for NE that they really struggle without him.

For the same similar odds DC is a far far more safer bet now.

Hey bud.

Don't have much time to post as I am away to head out but Colorado not to lose is probably thesafest bet of the lot of them although its still a dangerous game.

Lots of unrest in the Red Bulls camp and with an inexperienced maanager in charge the fans aint at all interested.

Add to this the whole Djorkaeff saga and then the fall out Guevara had and all is not well in the team.

Red Bulls haven't been playing badly at all in recent games actually. They just haven't had anyone to put the ball in the net for them as they have created countless opportunities.

Their top goalscorer though Peguero returns and will add that extra bit of quality upfront.

I wouldn't look too much into Meola not playing to be honest as he isn't quite the keeper he once was and is a bit slow now to react if anything.

Colorado are a very inconsistent outfit and aren't the best of travellers but they have a great dead ball expert in Cooke who whips in excellent balls and this could be the difference.

A no bet for me but if i was to take anything it would probably most likely be your bet.

From everything I'm reading, Dempsey won't be playing against RSL for sure. Still up in the air if he'll appeal, but it's leaning towards he won't.

The mood around the NE forums I've read is this:
"If we can't beat RSL at home without Dempsey, there is a problem"

Sorry guys, dont have much time, infact i dont have any time to give some thoughts on the later games.

Hope no one got stung by NE yesterday. Hopefully we put you's off them after learning the Dempsey situation although i have to say i didnt expect it to have that big an impact
