Re: Belgium/Holland 22-24 September
and how do you know that Mord? Where did you read that? On another forum probably I just want sites that give you information. Feel free to post links to any forum if their threads have good info. Nice h2h's for Harleem in that one Mord.
I see Helmond Sport are coming off a 7-1 home defeat by Veedam. They've lost a few by a few goals but i was hoping on a better price on the home. Don't suppose anyone knows the ins and outs of Venlo/Helmond?
Telstar loom like the Cowdenbeath of Dutch div one and are scoring goals for fun. Their price has come in. Im for some of Stan James 12/5 on the away unless instructed otherwise in the next half hour.
Volendam you have to like but its a bit short for me to back without knowing a bit more about their game. Den Bosch are more popular than Dirty Den these days and i was wondering if their better than evens price was worth it? emmen em...doo doo doruuu...emmen em do do ro do
The Roosendaal game looks a corker. the 1/2 on the over 2.5 seems a bit stingey mind so i might chance Roosendaal as theyve won the last 3 between the 2. Nah i cant punt blindly. Anyone with any info on this game then it would be appreciated.
Dortrecht drew in a friendly with Top Oss a few weeks ago. I wondered how that went. Im tempted to take old pals Zwolle to bring Vendaam back down to earth.

Re: Belgium/Holland 22-24 September
Venlo have some problems but a strong squad,in my eyes Venlo cant play this year to promotion..The important missing look Kantelberg..
Helmond have 5-6 player inj and 2 susp..I dont think helmond is that bad who look in the table.but some inj problems and bad luck...
Venlo isnt a great team but today they can beat Helmond, but not big stake, only in combo for me..
and Telstars top scorer is very doubtful and I think he will not be risked today..Eagles is good team 2 missing but not important..Eagles can beat Telstar but draw is possible..
Volendam isnt in great form and 2 md is missing,Cambuur have problems with their coach and they lose in cup to an amateur team 4-2..Volendam have very good squad but not in best form, they can win but the price is not good for me..
We can see a lot suprise today Fortuna!! nobet for me..Haarlem isnt a team for me they havent star players, and some inj today,MVV can beat Omniworld,Omniworld is the youngest team in the league but have great results this season..But mvv is a solid team...
GL..

Re: Belgium/Holland 22-24 September
Genk-Beveren: Genk!!
Odds: 1.35
Bookmaker: Gamebookers
Confidence: 9/10
Genk’s dream to stay on first place after this week-end disappeared with the last minute goal from Roeselare. Genk lost a riant 1-3 lead and got only a point with 3-3 score. Trainer Broos was really angry with how his team defended in the end of the game. He also left Vandenbergh on the bench, there will be surely some bad conversations in Genk. Trainer Broos, captain Chatelle, they all said that they want the 3rd place, and they said that they really appreciate that Standard and Brugge are far behind. Now they saw that Brugge won with last second goal and also Standard won. This will be very difficult to save the lead between this teams, so Genk better not start to doubt, otherwise they can lose some games. But the team, the group is mature enough, they have good players, so surely they will stay at the top till at least new-year.
Still this team is doing pretty well and I expect them to win at home against poor Beveren.
Beveren who always says that they calculate the points, against who they can win and against who they can lose. Well, I’m sure that they won’t count the possible points against Genk. They gained a point at home against Charleroi, and they are still a poor side and surely a poor traveller. It’s time for them to start winning, especially the home games but if you compare Genk and Beveren I would say that home team is much stronger, has much honger + good support. Beveren will try to defend and keep 0 as long as possible but there is no way that they will take a point in Genk…Surely now anderlecht dropped points in Charleroi !!!
Genk: De Decker, Bosnjak and Soetaers haven’t trained yet, but probably can play. Ogunjimi is long term injured
Beveren: Gervinho?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Standard-Cercle Brugge: Standard !!!
Odds: 1.45
Bookmaker: Betfair
Confidence: 9/10
Hopa, this is an easy home win. Cercle Brugge got a very good 6/6 winning in Zulte-Waregem and at home against straight candidate for relegation Lierse. But the football that they brought was very bad. No good passing, no good attack, nothing. They only have Darko Pivaljevic but he is getting older and older. Against Zulte-Waregem they won with luck, and against Lierse, Lierse was just worser.
Standard got also an 6/6 with a win in Lierse and at home against Brussels. They definitely needs to win this one also. Whole team realise that. The club want to have a full stadion, so all tickets that are left will be sold for a cheaper price. Surely with full support it will be easier for the home team. The problem is now the attack. De Camargo got this week bad news, that he can’t train with the group. He misses also next week fixture against Cercle. Sa Pinto, another striker is doubtfull, and Jovanovic who is in fact not an attacker is a bit without confidence althought he is not doing bad.
The clue in the team is obviously captain Conceicao. Against Brussels he again was decicive with a winning goal. After the match he said that Standard has a better team than Anderlecht (LOL) and that they have the best fans in Belgium. Trainer agrees with him and remarks that a win is very important.
I’m sure this Cercle will be trashed, they realise that taking points there is impossible, and because they have enough points for now, they can lose relaxed. Repeating of the 7-0 trashing from last year? I don’t think so, but 1-0 or 2-0 is realistic
Standard: De Camargo is out, Sa Pinto and Sarr are doubtfull
Cercle: Artz out, Grondin, Slovic suspended
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lierse-Gent: Gent !!
Odds: Worldsportsexchange
Bookmaker: 2.60
Confidence: 8/10
Bad atmosphere in both teams. Lierse started dramatically the competition with 1/18 and in Gent they expected a victory against zulte-waregem that didn’t came. Both teams are in must win situation, but I expect Gent to win this one.
After the game against Cercle, Lierse captain Peeters said that he has enough of it, that other players think that it’s kinder garden, that they don’t know what to do on the field etc. Trainer Trost added that he has to be honest and say that his group is not good enough for now, he want that everybody fights for everybody but that doesn’t happen. Even with 0-1 lead they couldn’t take a point from a relegation candidate!!!
The situation in the team is bad. Many fans react furious, but nobody wants that current trainer Trost leaves. Fans are saying that the club bought players for 2nd division and that they will surely relegate this year. President explained them that they had financial problems, now it’s getting better but they have to play with players that they have + he added that they are ready for 2nd division. He also said that Trost surely stays, that he likes his work, but now they have to take the points. They must do it without Peeters, who got an injury. I ask myself who will score then? If only Peeters was dangerous during 6 games.
Gent is another story. Fans have enough of Leekens, the situation is surprisingly calm now, because they see that players are trying to win, that they are playing very good but they just don’t have luck. I have to add that Leekens is a completely zero when it comes to tactick. He is very good motivator but that all. Big expectations from Stoica, but he played bad during the first half against zulte-waregem. The problem is of course to score, but against bad Lierse defence it won’t be a problem. Foley is getting better and better and Grégoire played a great game this Sunday. I still remember his superb goal against Lierse last year (they won 1-3)
If we look at the standings, Gent and Lierse are somewhere down, but the quality is surely on Gent side. I’m pretty sure that Gent will take the 3 MUCH NEEDED points, otherwise Leekens will be in danger…
Gent: Lombaerts is out, Laybutt is doubtfull and it seems that he is suspended
Lierse: Bob Peeters (important!) is out
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm adding a bet on Antwerp FC @ 1.50 (8/10) simply because they have much better team, they are playing at home. This win is needed for the periode titel. Dender will play tommorow at home against Ronse which surely won't be an easy game, so Antwerp still have chances for the first ticket for play-offs. Tienen is newcomer in the league. They started the league good, but nowadays there are playing very bad, conceeding much goals, and Antwerp also only with 1/6, they have very good players so I stake 8 units on home team.
For same reason I take Oostende X2 @ 1.45 in Betsafe with also 8/10 I don't see a reason why Oostende is so underestemated? They played very good game against Antwerp, which they won, an ok, Dessel is good at home, but they also lost against Kortrijk with 5-1 and Dessel still have many injury problems. With quiet confident Oostende, I don't see them loosing ...
