Re: Scandanavian Football 30th Sept - 2nd Oct
AaB - FCN
Saturdays only game & what a game ! 2 good teams meet here & I think its well justified that AaB are made favs despite recent form.
AaB started the season very well & were top of the league at one point. But lately they have not got so good results. 0-0 in Horsens was a poor result but the last 2 homegames they should have beaten Brøndby (1-1) + at least have gotten a point vs OB (the OB keeper did well to prevent AaB from scoring & they were 1-0 winners...).
FCN also started the season well but kinda like their opponent they haven't been near so profilic lately but did get a good result at home vs Viborg which they won 2-0. Away from home they've showed good performances vs Brøndby, OB & Esbjerg though they only won 1 of these (5-3 vs Esbjerg).
Teamnews: Seem to favour AaB. Their squad have been announced & important winger Siyabonga Nomwethe are back in contension while right back Allan Olesen is out (a bit of a blow as hes the only right back in AaB)
The FCN squad is not annouced but they seem to have a few key injuries. According to danish football site bold.dk, experienced mid Thomas Andreasen, Johnny Lundberg (stopper) are now injured(+ a few longterm). They are not listed as questionable so I would assume they'd be out which would be a blow to FCN. Defensive mid Morten Karlsen is back in contension following his ban which is good news especially should before mentioned Andreasen be out.
Conclusion: I support Silkeborg IF myself but after them I like FCN the most. They play good offensive football which I like & they have plenty of good skilled tecnicians in their team + their defense looks tighter under coach Wieghorst. But still I think this should be homewin. AaB are strong at home & it takes quite a bit to defeat them here. Now with Nomwethe back they are almost at full strength & they will want to get back on the (winning) track.
Pick: AaB -.75 @ 2.06 @ mansion; medium stake

Re: Scandanavian Football 30th Sept - 2nd Oct
Sogndal - Follo
Sogndal good at home, 6-4-2. Are very unstabel, form is 2-1-2. Needs points if they want to reach the playoff for promotion. No injurys.
Follo in good form, 2-2-1. Last game at home against Aalesund they were under 0-3, but managed 3-3. Not to good away, only 1-3-8. Follo will miss Rosen and Enckell will suspension.
These two teams has already meet twice this year, first game in the league ended 0-0. In the cup Follo won after extra-time on Fosshaugene, were the game will be played tomorrow.
For me Sogndal is favorites, but odds is low most places, but if you can get around 1.75 for HW its worth a try.

Well komp, FCN played really really well I must say & deserved the win. AaB struggled at lot especially early on, but at 0-0 AaB missed a great chance & at 0-1 they missed a penalty (which was an error as the foult was committed outside the box..). Eventually a big mistake to trust AaB especially with those odds..........

Yes thats right Komp. In Tippeligaen we have 14 clubs, the two last is going down to Adeccoligaen (1.div). The third last is playing two games against number 3 in 1.div.
In 1.div the two best clubs is going up. The 4 last teams are relegated to 2.div.
We have 4 groups in 2.div. Only the team that win their group will get promotion to 1.div. Relegation from 2.div is the 3 last teams from every group, total of 12 clubs. But there can be some changes there if a B-team has to be moved down since the A-team is relegaded from Tippeligaen. This can happend again this year with Viking2, Molde2, HamKam2 and Odd2.
In 3.div we have 24 groups, that are placed geographical. Here will the 24 winners play against another winner home and away, and the winner of those 12 finals are promoted.
So its a hard way for a club to climb in the divisons. There has been a lot of discussin about this system and there will be some changes in the near future i belive.

Re: Scandanavian Football 30th Sept - 2nd Oct
Not to good time so i will be short.
Hard round in Tippeligaen. My main bet will be Vålerenga. Are in good form and has a chance to get a Royal League place(top4). No injury, but Holm is back from suspension. HamKam has taken only 1 point away since may, has a total of 2-1-7 on their travels. Goalkeeper Rønningen is back.
Fredrikstad is good at home, 5-3-2. Its a important game against Sandefjord, the same two teams will meet in the cup-final in november, but here both need points to avoid relegation. It will be a open game with two teams trying to score and over looks worth a try.
In Adeccoligaen i will try +1 on LøvHam away against Haugesund. Haugesund in terribel form, 1-0-4. LøvHan plays very even with most teams, and are very focused on their defence. Dont think there will be many goals here either.
Sparta in good form2-3-0, will meet Hødd that has improved latly, but on their travels they only got 1-2-8. HW to around 1.80 is good enough.

Re: Scandanavian Football 30th Sept - 2nd Oct
here ya go:
Lee Baxter – Anders Friberg, Mikael Dahlgren, Andrew Kelly, Robin Wikman – Kalle Corneliusson, Antti Okkonen, Morten Avnskjold, Johan Norell – Alvedin Nezirovac och Matthias Eklund.
Avbytare är förutom ovan nämnde Christoffer Karlsson, Stojan Lukic, Amar Muharemovic, Andreas Yngvesson och BoBo Bola.
