Mattersburg-1/4 at home against GAK look like an excellent bet. They've established themselves as a fantastic home team, losing only one home game in 2006. They will have their captain and playmaker Kuhbauer back, after he missed the last three games with an injury.
On the other side, GAK's away record (1-2-2, very decent) is kinda decieving, as they absolutely have no game plan and can pick up points only if their opponents' strikers have a bad day - when it comes to scoring goals, all GAK can do away from home is to send long balls to strikers (mostly Djokic) and hope they'll be able to deliver the goods. For this match, Djokic, who has been in stellar form this season, is out, while defender Akoto (who played in all of the games this season) is another new absentee. Coach Sodergaard was criticised by the board for getting so many players injured, and his reign @GAK might be coming to an end.

A team you just can't see pass is Salzburg. After two consecutive disappointments in the league and
UEFA Cup failure, the break was exactly what they've needed. They have by far the best squad in this league, and will heavily dominate this match, like always when they play at home. Altach's "Turbo Twins" forwards are certainly their biggest quality, but in defence, the newcomers are very poor. Coach Streiter spent the entire season trying to improve his team's defending, but every time when Altach face some serious opposition, they return to their old ways - like in the previous round, when they've conceded 4 to Pasching.
This match should be a typical trashing, 3:0 or 4:0 are the expected scores.
