Re: Austrian and Swiss Football - 20th - 22nd October

Parndorf have been muder on the road but i dont think Lustenau are good enough to justify their price. Anyone advise?

Admira Wacker Modling looks like one for a wee combo bet to me possibly although Kafenberg dont really get many big defeats. Looks like they keep it tight. Odds about right but i could chance Admira Wacker Modling to win by the odds goal.

surely Schwanenstadt are not 3/1+ material Gratkorn seem to be struggling a bit of late and Schwanenstadt just keep winning on the road. Any info on that one appreciated.

Much improved Austria Memphis Vienna B looks possibly the bet of the coupon to me. they havent done much wrong. was it a new amanger they got in to start their recent good run of form?

Again the odds on Austria Lustenau look a bit high to me.

feel free to post you thoughts and views or any info you may have.

Nope, they just got some backup players from the A team.

The Swans are (alongside Lustenau) the biggest overachievers of the league so far, and I expect them to start sliding down the table. Gratkorn are very strong at home and they could very well return to winning ways here; so no bet for me.

Having in mind the previosly said, I wouldn't even look at Lustenau at the current odds, but Austria L does look kinda interesting.

Will post some more thoughts (and possibly some team news) tomorrow.

excellent stuff Expo and welcome to TDP. When you just get to look at bare stats its only one dimensional and the major factor why people lose money betting in football leagues that they have no background nowledge of so its great just to hear a little about these teams that youve seen on paper for years without ever knowing anything about them due to language restrictions.

Any info you have for us expo would be greatfully recieved. Im away to do a thread about betting before the internet

Re: Austrian and Swiss Football - 20th - 22nd October

Sorry for not posting the info yesterday, I had a fever and was to ill to sit, nevermind write

For today, the overs in the Tirol game look worth a shout. Altach are the most highscoring team of the league, superb up front and poor in the back, while Tirol have become quite highscoring themselves after they've changed their formation from 4-5-1 to 4-4-2 a few rounds ago.

The team news are perfect for this bet, as playmaker Kolousek is back for Tirol, while two regular defenders, Eder (very important) and Mimm are both out. For Altach, full back Pfister is a new absentee.

Over 2, 2.5 1.92@pinnacle looks as a decent shout.

The other matches don't look as interesting to me.

Sturm are under huge financial problems and this could be their last match in Bundesliga, so they might want to make a proper farewell to the fans, but odds of 2.05 aren't really that great.

GAK will have their star striker Kollmann back (although he'll start on the bench), so I wouldn't touch Pasching with a baggerpole.

Rapid are definately likely winners, but the odds have dropped to an unacceptable level.

Might have a punt on Salzburg, will think about it a bit more.
