Re: Israel 2-4 March

Thanx Rc .. hope someone is following it tho ..

The biggest insanity ever around Maccabi Haifa's clash with Espanyol next week . All tickets (18,000) sold out in just 48 hours ! Of course I bought mine just in time with the season-ticket discount , ticket prices are from 20-45$ ..I expect a classic in 'Bloomfield' !! :loon

Just love the price on Maccabi Herzelia this weekend . Petah Tikva got major problems with 3 of their regular defenders injured or sick .. DNB on Herzelia is around 3.10 atm and Im really tempted by it .

It's rare that I actually bet on a league I know nothing at all about (and this is a league I know nothing at all about ), but I always read up to see what you're interested in, Mhaymovi

Re: Israel 2-4 March

Maccabi Haifa - Hakoah Ramat Gan
Maccabi 's main target for this season is of course the UEFA Cup. After the tickets sold out in just 48 hours ,everyone at the club are thinking just about the spanish club and doesn't care at all about the league games . Maccabi are 6th now ,with terrible performances at home this season and everything can be on the cards today - even a lost . Hakoah will come to play for their life knowing they must get points from every game inorder to stay in the league. It will be very hard for them to attack without injured strikers Mor Golan and Papi Kimoto,so I believe manager Uri Malmilian will have no choice but to play a very defensive football . Maccabi are well known for their lack of patience at home so if Hakoah will close the game it will be a major problem for 'the greens' . Striker Yaniv Katan has recovered from his injury but will start on the bench , Shlomi Arbeitman will team up with Colautti up front .

Anything can happen here . Of course a win will be a great boost for the UEFA CUP game ,but Maccabi are very unpredictable at home .

No Bet

Re: Israel 2-4 March

Maccabi Tel Aviv - Hapoel Petah Tikva
Just after one week these clubs meet again for another chance for Petah Tikva to get points on their battle for survivor in the league . Maccabi are playing poor football but managing to get the points from nowhere . They will be looking to extend their run of 17(!) matches without a lost in the league but It will be indeed difficult . Last week it ended 1:0 to Tel Aviv but this time manager Eli Cohen will have to face rough injury time in his club: Key defender Shpugin as well as young midfielder Peretz are injured and important full-back Martinovic is suspended for this one . This is a major blow for their defence and I expect Petah Tikva to try to punish them with their pacey strikers . Petah Tikva players doesn't want to accept the fact they just are almost at the 2nd league and want to fight in every chance they get to keep up the pride . Key midfielder Idan Srur got suspended for four games now and striker Saeed Makasi is injured but they got enough quality upfront like U19 Maor Buzaglo or Moti Kakun to break the hosts down . The question is if they got enough confidence in themselves .

This is a tough bet but I'm quite sure Hapoel can find the way to upset Tel Aviv today . The (+0.5) HC option has alot of potential ,as draw can be here as well , but Im keeping it on the small stakes .

Hapoel Petah Tikva (+0.5) @ 2.59 10Bet (2\10)

Re: Israel 2-4 March

Maccabi Petah Tikva - Maccabi Herzelia
Alot of problems in Petah Tikva for this one , as manager Guy Luzon is looking to shake things down a bit in his team after recent poor games . Three regular defenders will not start today: Morad Megamadov (death of his mother) , Giovannini (left the club) and Kobi Ganon (flu) . They lost 1:0 to Hapoel Tel Aviv last week and showed weakness all over the pitch . Herzelia must get some points after their three consecutive losts in the league . Two academy youngster got promoted to the first team and will start today and we can expect a real battle between the clubs .

Herzelia got much quality than all bottom clubs together . In a good day they can beat any club (and showed that against Haifa and Beitar) but they must get their insistence and desire back .

Maccabi Herzelia (+0.5) @ 2.05 10Bet (2\10)
