Lillestrøm-Vålerenga

Semi final in the Norwegian cup and based on last night's match the edge would have to be Lillestrøms. They had several chances to take all 3 points and though Vålerenga had theirs too, I thought Lillestrøm the better side.

In my view this all hinges on what Rekdal chooses to do. Vålerenga have an away match at Start next Sunday which could decide where the league title will go and therefore team news plays a big part here.

Start to win ? odds going down, i understand the motivation is on the Start but Bran (evan without their best striker and the playmaker) to lose in own ground isnt so easy ... any opinion ?

I think Brann are excellent value tonight. They're 7th in the table at the moment W6 D2 L2 but the really interesting stat for me is that Start have played all the teams above Brann away and have lost 2 and drawn 3 of those. Their wins have been against relegation candidiates.

Neither manager would release any team news until kick-off (reluctant even then) but it's kicked off and it looks like Lillestrøm on paper but he's a sly dog is Rekdal and I'm staying away.
It's live at betfair and on telly here but probably not on the BBC.
