Re: MLS 28-30 April

cause i never backed them feckers.

i thought i had backed Southampton in a DECENT single but thro drink last night I ended up dobling them up with Chelsea. (i'm a Chelsea fan) and although i wathced the game i thought i hadn't bet on them - till I looked in bookies account......................

i had even posted my bet up on here as well but never ever ever thought i had backed chelsea - i've held my own and not actually lost a lot on the day but the feelings i've went through today - pissss

i'm still sooking in air so it can't be that bad but hey i'm a gambler and if you wake up in the morning and your still sooking air then you've still got half a chance

I most certainly do Beanie.

I really like the signings LA have made this season and thats not including Beckham. They got in players for their weak areas but the players they got in are of a very high standard.

Stil lacking that 15+ a season striker though but they have the basis of a very good team.

Chivas just arent adjusting to their changes in personal yet. Lost some of their stars and influential players from last season and their replacements just havent got going yet. Guevara is a class player but things arent working out for them just yet.

Big derby game this and LA price better than i imagined so i will definately be having a slice of that

Re: MLS 28-30 April

Kiko after your 1st write-up for Kansas-Torino earlier in the week, it seems a lot of mates in here are on the anti-Torino bandwagon which seems to be reaping some profits. Well done to all especially Kiko for your insight into the league.
Oh ya Kiko thus a question, I think I read somewhere that Torino has a artifical pitch. Am not sure of that but thus curious. Anyway this week am steering clear of any serious betting due to shortage of time.
Good Luck to one and all

Cheers Prinze.

Yeah they do have an artificial pitch. John Kennedy of Celtic was going to be going on loan to Toronto but Celtic pulled the plug on that because of the artificial pitch.

Re: MLS 28-30 April

2-0 LA already after 30 mins

They have reverted back to a 442 from a 433 and its working much better for them. This could turn embarrassing for Chivas.

Going well so far. 2/3 this week with the 2 strongest picks coming in. Just Houston now later

4/10 was my confidence rating mate so i could keep stakes like that.

Both are very good sides. Good thing for both is that their hasnt been much change in each side with players coming and going.

Houston i like mainly because they have a very solid defence that doesn't give much away. Only 1 goal conceded in 3 games and they are showing the same defensive qualities as they did last season.

They still havent got going in attack but i dont worry about this as they have far too much quality in their ranks for this to continue with such threats as Moreno, Ching and De Rosario.

No injuries so full strength. The clubs even doing a big promotion for family tickets for this game so their should be a packed out stadium.

Chicago are possibly going to be missing Mapp and this is a blow as i rate him highly. Questionable at the minute and would be great for my bet if he didnt play.

They bizarrly played a friendly 2 days ago with many of their first team players getting at least 45 minutes so they havent had much recovery time.

I expect this to be a pretty boring game to be honest with both sides canceling out each other but fancy Houston to nick it and win by the odd goal.

Houston to win @ 2.20 (4/10)

LA to win @ 2.40 - Really like this actually.
Houston @ 2.20

Even NE and DC are overpriced imo.

Will try and post up anything tomorow.

If anyone has any thoughts feel free to share

BAH - I see NE just won. Were available at 4.00
